温然博士简介

温然,女,博士,毕业于北京大学,2018年入职8883net新浦京游戏。博士期间研究方向为“水黄皮根化学成分及查耳酮衍生物类组蛋白去乙酰化酶抑制剂抗肿瘤活性与机制研究”,课题以查耳酮为研究对象,一方面从天然产物入手,对水黄皮的化学成分及其抗炎生物活性进行研究;另一方面从合成产物入手,以HDACs为作用靶点设计合成了具有查耳酮骨架结构的HDACs抑制剂,并对其进行了体内外生物活性评价,为开发新型HDACs抑制剂提供理论依据和实验基础。已发表SCI论文14篇,其中第一作者6篇。

目前科研方向为基于活性天然产物和合成产物的化学生物学研究,主持河北省自然科学基金一项,河北省教育厅课题一项和8883net新浦京游戏春雨计划基金一项。
