Research Interests

The doctoral program focuses on the mechanism of cataract formation. We believe that oxidative environment and increased calcium concentration are the most important factors leading to cataract. Recent research direction is drug metabolism enzyme research. The main research concerns the vasomotor activity of diphenylflurazine metabolites. By comparing the effects of diphenylflurazine and its metabolites on hyperk /5-HT preconstriction vessels, we want to explore whether they have vasomotor metabolites, which is of great significance to ensure the safety and effectiveness of clinical medication.
