Secretary of the Party Committee: Wang Hongwei, female, CPC member, born in Yutian County, Hebei Province in 1968. Graduate degree, senior political engineer. She graduated from the Department of chemistry of Hebei Normal University in 1991 and she earned the master degree in economic management of the Party School of Hebei provincial Party committee from 2002 to 2005. In January 2005, she served as the deputy director of the students' affairs division of Hebei Medical University. In 2012, she went to Kagawa University in Japan for an exchange visit. In July 2019, she became the secretary of Party committee of the School of pharmacy. She has been engaged in student management and ideological and political education for a long time. She has successively published 9 provincial and national papers in Academic Quarterly and Hebei Political and Law Journal, etc. Among them, the theory and practice of the vertical structure of the social science system, published in the academic quarterly, the core journal of the statistical and analytical research database system of Chinese Humanities and Social Sciences papers, won the third prize of the seventh excellent achievement of Social Sciences in Hebei Province, and was reprinted by American Historical Abstracts and other magazines. Dean: Jia Qingzhong, male, Professor of pharmacology, doctoral supervisor. He graduated from Hebei Medical University majoring in pharmacy and received his Ph.D. degree in pharmacology in 2005. From 2011 to 2012, he was a senior visiting scholar at Johns Hopkins University in the United States. In addition, he presided over 5 national and provincial key projects, and published 15 SCI papers in the international academic journals such as J Neurosci. His doctoral thesis was nominated as "One hundred National Excellent Doctoral Dissertations". He has won five provincial scientific research achievements, one first prize of Hebei Natural Science Award, one second prize of Hebei Scientific and Technological Progress Award. He was elected as one of the new Century Talents of the Ministry of Education and the 333 Talents of Hebei Province. He served as the Secretary General of Hebei Toxicology Society, Deputy Secretary General of Hebei Neuroscience Society, executive director of Hebei Pharmacology Society, member of American Toxicology Society and expert in new drug evaluation of Hebei Province. His main research fields include focusing on drug research in the field of neuropsychiatric diseases with research technical means and methods of pharmacy, chemistry and electrophysiology, focusing on the development of new drugs in the fields of pain, epilepsy, neurodegenerative diseases and stroke, especially the screening, evaluation and mechanism analysis of compounds targeting ion channels. His research fields also include neuropharmacology, molecular pharmacology and Drug toxicology.

Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee: Pan Zhenhua, male, Han nationality, born in Zhangjiakou, Hebei Province. He joined the COMMUNIST Party of China in December 1998 and began to work in 2000. He graduated from Hebei Medical University majoring in pharmacology with a Doctoral degree and he is now an associate professor. He is currently the vice chairman (temporary post) of Hebei Federation of trade unions and Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of the school of pharmacy, Hebei Medical University. He has been engaged in teaching and scientific research in the Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmacy, Hebei Medical University since 2000. From 2005 to May 2009, he was a lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmacy, Hebei Medical University and became an associate professor in the Department of Pharmaceutics, School of Pharmacy, Hebei Medical University in 2014 (From September 2009 to July 2012, he studied in the Department of Pharmacology, Hebei Medical University). In January 2018, he was appointed Deputy Secretary of the Party committee of the school of pharmacy, Hebei Medical University. In recent years, he has presided over and participated in 3 national projects, 3 provincial projects and 3 provincial department level projects. He has published 2 SCI papers as the first author, 5 Chinese core papers, more than 10 co-authored papers and 1 book; he instructed the students to win the Winning Prize of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition, the first prize of Hebei Province in the "create youth" National College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship competition, the first and second prize of the national pharmaceutical colleges' experimental skills competition, the pharmaceutical micro film Excellence Award of the Chinese Pharmacological Society, and obtain the key project approval of the National Pharmaceutical Economy Information Technology Communication and Innovation Project of the Chinese Pharmaceutical Association. Vice Dean: Wang Jing, female, Professor, doctoral supervisor of Pharmaceutics. Her research interests focus on the screening of drug supramolecular systems, the biological application of nano materials, and the construction of drug loading systems based on the intelligent responsive release in tumor microenvironment. She has presided over a number of research projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of Hebei Province, major supporting projects of Hebei Provincial Department of science and technology, Postdoctoral Fund of China, Postdoctoral fund of Hebei Province, and the support plan of "100 innovative talents in colleges and universities" in Hebei Province. Her research achievements won one second prize (ranked first) and one third prize (ranked first) of Hebei Scientific and Technological Progress Award. She is the Outstanding Teacher of Hebei Province, the Outstanding Master Thesis Advisor of Hebei Province, the Outstanding teacher of Hebei Medical University and the Outstanding Communist Party member. She has published more than 30 SCI papers as the first author and corresponding author.

Vice Dean: Wang Lei, male, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, professor of the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry，master's supervisor. In June 2000, he graduated from China Pharmaceutical University with a bachelor's degree in English Pharmacy. In June 2003, he graduated from China Pharmaceutical University with a master's degree in pharmaceutical chemistry. In December 2010, he graduated from Duquesne University with a PhD in pharmaceutical chemistry. From July 2012 to April 2015, he conducted postdoctoral research in the department of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine of Hebei Medical University. He is now a professor in the department of pharmaceutical chemistry, school of pharmacy, Hebei Medical University. He is mainly engaged in the design, synthesis, molecular simulation and bioactivity evaluation of targeted anticancer small organic molecules. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation project, the key scientific and technological research project of the Ministry of education, the general and special funded project of China postdoctoral foundation, and the Natural Science Foundation project of Hebei Province, etc. In recent five years, the research group has published more than 10 SCI papers in influential domestic and international journals, such as "Journal of Medical Chemistry", "European Journal of Medical Chemistry", and "Molecular Pharmacology". He was granted one patent for invention of a new compound. In 2015, he was selected as the third level candidate of "Three Talents Project" in Hebei Province.
